Human soul is deeply connected and human soul connects and controls all other parts of the body. It has immense positive energy to heal others. We must keep the environment around us positive so that our thoughts and the thoughts of people around us are positive.
Human beings should love unconditionally because even the almighty doesn’t put into condition when we gave us life and  the power of observation, listening and touch has a great effect on understanding others thought and feelings. Human thoughts is the most amazing thing, they travel faster than light. We should sadness and walk on the path of love and affection.
To listen is the best activity one can do and can be a great observant by doing so.

Self-leadership is all about knowing who you are, what you can do, which direction you are taking and integrating with the ability to manage your communication, emotions and behaviour to achieve personal & professional excellence.

To be a leader, we must first know the answer of who am I?

Who are you? Well, we don’t really exist; we are just expressions, souls waiting for the ultimate purpose to be fulfilled, trying to utilize the immense potential within us. Our body is not a structure because this very moment is different from the moments in which I attended class. We are constantly recycling by biological processes and that is a result of everything occurring around us, our personal relations, our social interactions
and our own perceptions.
The past is history, since everything around us is constantly changing. Including us. Our focus should be on the present. We must leave our grievances of the past behind us. We should stop holding on to incidents that happened 25 years ago. We must throw away this ego. The difference between a dog and a human being is that if you kick a dog, the dog will always remember this incident. If you happen to meet the dog 5 years later, he may attack you, remembering the previous episode. But unlike a human being, the dog won’t plan for 5 years how to avenge his insult. We have this natural tendency to go back in the past with revenge or an evil feeling which serves no purpose in our well being.

We must try out things out of our comfort zones without the fear of failing because those who never fail can never feel the true joy of winning.

The best thing we can do to make our lives better is to make someone else happy and to repeat that with as many people as we meet. This is the Happiness Formula which we should keep practicing. Providing a smile on the faces of people we know and don’t know, affects our own happiness. When two peoples get engaged, it is not only about two individuals anymore but about all the people connected to both of us. More
importantly, We are all multi-dimensional beings.
A leader is someone who always thinks of giving. Giving does not need to be limited to material objects in nature. It can be through giving of your time and attention too. Offering comfort, listening and supporting, are all gifts that are much needed and appreciated. It is only when we offer ourselves to others, can we experience true happiness and satisfaction.

Learning is a life-long process and knowledge that keeps on changing, the more we know, the less it seems. There is a story which demonstrates this. There was a renowned, knowledgeable and highly intellectual sadhu who used to sit and preach. He used to meditate every morning on the banks of the river Ganga. In the years of his meditation, he did it with a great level of concentration. Birds use to chirp and sit on this
shoulders and lap as he meditated, and flew away when he was done. A 5 year old boy once came to him and asked the sadhu, if he could catch a bird for him to touch and the boy promised not to harm the bird. The sadhu agreed and asked the boy to come there the next morning at 6am. He started meditation so that he could catch a bird but not a single bird came to him. He was amazed to learn a new lesson from the little boy- the importance of positive energy, something that the birds sensed every morning and was an attraction for the birds. Ignoring the negative vibes around him, the Sadhu understood that there is always a scope of adding knowledge and that need can never be complete.
