After going through the the leadership class . I can easily jot down following points which i will preferably use in my life .
a) The power of emotional intelligence . Human being has 3 types of intelligence
IQ, EQ and SQ . and the contribution of EQ is highest .
b) The game of ego and alter ego : In this game , there will be team of 4 people , two of them become ego and other two become alter ego . Alter ego has to explain the matter said by ego until , he /she explained what ego has to say clearly . the important aspect is even though the group used to be familiar with each other , they face problem of communicating the exact what they want to say. Even sometime the speaker could not convert all his feeling into words .
c) The application of deep listening . If we can listen deeply , then we can differentiate thoughts, symptoms and problems communicate by speaker. For becoming a great leader , deep listening plays very important role.
d) Joy in a person pushes him to do wonders . Let us see following ways of getting joy
1) Honor your uniqueness
2) leverage your gifts.
3) share the joy with others
4)to find your cause of joy and happiness
5) enable others to reach the level of joy.
