MOKSHA
“MOKSHA “ What it means? Moksha means true freedom. Nothing more or less. After moksha, the being is free
to understand, express, give and take everything in the Universe. There are no
more material bond. Moksha means true freedom. Nothing more or less. After
moksha, the being is free to understand, express, give and take everything in
the Universe. There are no more material bond. Today I watched Upanishad Ganga
, which covers the topic of Moksha. Basically with a help of a script , they
explained this word. There was a thief
whose name was Satyawadi , he always says that whenever I get caught while
stealing I says truth that’s why my name is satyawadi. He came across a man
named Shreshti Kotikaran, he was a richest man of his village. He was very
egoist and because of this he never shows courtesy on anyone. He helps people
by giving money but on behalf of that he force them to put their valuable
things to him either their owned land or jewellery. Moreover he was very greedy.
it seems to be that there was no humanity .
One day one of saint came to him and
ask him give me something you are a rich man so what u can give to me.
Kotikaran ask him to demand whatever he wants. All of a sudden saint said give
me your ego. Rest of the things I can manage but I need your ego because you
are not realising who you are? This statement pinched him inside he thought
that apart from being the richest man why he was unable to answer that saint?
He wants to know his inner voice and slowly and steadily he left his kingdom
and opted a life of simplicity where he came across that this body is just a
way to play a role in this world. We are the souls and we should remember that moksha
is our right and we should always keep this in our mind that this human body is
not a reality we are here to just play a role in this world . So to find moksha
one should keep ego aside, should be helpful and not to greedy. Upanishad is a
wonderful program to learn about humanity .This lesson is a wonderful to learn about
what a person lack just because of ego.
