Each one of us wants to be a centre of the universe and none of us is content by just being a part of it. The perceptions and misconceptions we have about ourselves often tends to breed an ego within us and it is our ego which limits us from making the most of our abilities. I have always wondered that why is it that people with spiritual inclination tend to be more successful than those who are not inclined spiritually. These are the people who by making an effort to understand themselves better figure out ways to deal even with the most adverse situation by being calm and composed.

Today’s session taught us that silence can speak volumes. We need not necessarily use words to describe or feelings or our emotions. The ability to remain focused can make wonders. Eye contact definitely creates a unique bond between the individuals and observance is a key of knowing a person in the best possible ways.

We also realized that listening is an extremely powerful tool for any leader. The power is always with the listener and not with the speaker. Similarly the follower is in a more commanding position than the leader. People who speak straight from the heart are bound to be trusted by others are more likely to make a strong impact on others. Most of the charismatic leaders are great listeners.

Another take away from today's session was that the human touch is phenomenal and can make great wonders. It is likely to create a bond between the individuals and can even transfer the positive energy from one individual to another.
