                                                                       Self leadership
A leader is born, a leader is born...                                                                                                      from his conscious, from his wisdom!!
A leader is someone who helps others achieve their goals. A leader is not always born with such traits. Interestingly, some of the traits of leadership can be acquired with effort and hardwork. In order to be a great leader, we must learn the art of leading ourselves. This process involves knowing ourselves first, understanding who we are and working on our strengths and weakness.
With the proper understanding of “The 6 layers of oneself”, we can dive deep down into the bottom of our hearts and witness the purity of our soul. When these layers – Body, Instinct, Relationships, Intellect, Ego and Inner Truth are aligned, we operate in the best of our capacity and move towards the path of self leadership.
As I write this, I understand that an inspired leader has 3 main non verbal traits with which he leaves a considerable impact on others. His power of observation, listening and touch can motivate others and help them reach their goals.
The leader seeks power from his followers. So the leader gets his energy and enthusiasm by making his followers reach their best.
I will conclude by saying that the charisma of the leader is the aura around him when his 6 layers are aligned and when he uses his non verbal powers to his maximum capacity for the benefit of others.
