Self leadership started with the learning of six layers of self. Through out the whole learning process, We went through few impactive sentences which really makes a lot of sense when thought in depth.
Reaction is not leadership, Response is the leadership.
Knowledge is about making the right choices.
Mediocre people need competition, Excellent people go beyond it.
After learning all the aspects of Six Layers. We were taught the power of listening fallowed by power of touching. As these two are important medium for the effective communication. We did two exercises, one for listening and another for touching. Through these exercises we got to learn them practically. We realized the power listening through EGO and ALTER EGO .
After all the whole learning was super and it gave a better insight to our inner self. :)
