The session started with a statement by Anil, "The one that gives everything boundaries is SOUL, but itself does not has any boundaries."
Thereafter he shared the story of Mr. Ramakrishnan,V.P.,L&T. Mr Ramakrishnan was asked to build a 500 bed hospital in 5.5months time by Swamiji. Before he could say anything, Swamiji said, "Is your rational mind is saying it cant be done?" Mr. Ramakrishnan said, "Yes". Then Swamiji asked him to start the work and not to worry about completion of work. And in the end the job was accomplished in time.
This story tells us that we can do things beyond what our Rational mind says.
One statement by Anil that was really was very true according to me was, " Religious preachers tend to divide, but Spiritual leaders tend to unite."
There after we did three activities which hovered around :
1. How do we know our body?
2. Power of listening.
3. Power of touch.
My learning and reflection through today's session shall remain the power to know to know ur self even better and to know what powers and spiritual connections that we carry with ourselves.
The body is something that shall die eventually, but the eternal power that makes us move and use the body the way we want, shall remain forever.
I understand that the session was not about you achieving your goals, but is about you knowing yourself better which shall lead you to be successful and maybe something as they call it "Inspired Leader" at SOIL.
