Self Leadership is all about leading by example.There are various dimension associated with this such as It is about following the same principle which we want our people to follow, It is about setting an example for others to follow.
Today's session on Self Leadership enlightened us on various aspect.It begin with analyzing six layers of Self which prominently was about understanding the relationship between Body, Instinct, Relationship, Intellect, Ego and Life giving Force.We got to understand about different medium of communications- through eyes, through touch, through gesture, through words.However we found that communication through eyes is the most difficult task but it is the most effective way of communication.To be precise, Expression through Eyes can achieve what words cannot.
During this session we got to know how critical is Power Of Listening.We know that an attention Inspires a person to higher level.By listening attentively, we can make a simple speaker a great orator.
Finally we understood the importance of love and emotions we can show through Touch.
The divinely flow of energy through Touch which can be so curing for somebody in distress.
There are many things which we ignore in life, whose importance we do not recognise but if we try to go deeper in it, we really get to understand that each and every thing has its own significance.
To summarize, I would say that to be an Inspiring Leader we need to purify ourself from within.And should firstly follow the set of rules which we want others to follow.
