Who are you?? This was the question from Anil sir first up in the morning. The answer came after lot of sub questions like are you the mind or body etc. The answer is I am the soul, I, the source, the centre of being. I came to know about the 6 layers, how the information comes out of us, how we perceive anything. Be it the physical layer, data interpreting or the instinct. It is very important to know this that our journey should be towards the inner circle not the outer circle. The more we move towards outer circle, the more short term we become.
When we have a vision, we understand that at we might not be equipped with everything at the start. So every gap should be our learning goal, we should always focus on growth mindset. Having a vision is most important because after that every implementation of our plans become more meaningful.
Dear God please give me the ability to change the things I can, accept the things I cannot and the wisdom to know the difference. Anil sir gave an example about this and said first become able then try to change the things. It is easy to blame others for our non performance but if we understand ourselves better we would not blame anyone else.
“The secret of happiness for life is to serve others, make others happy” and “If we cannot lead ourselves how we can lead others??” These are two takeaways which are really important for self development apart from others.
It was an amazing session. I got to learn a lot, it’s very important to understand ourselves better, our strengths and weaknesses. It’s not something that can be done overnight, it’s a journey of the soul (self), and if I work at it, it will help me become an inspired leader both personally and professionally.
