There are some teachers who tell their students,"I believe in you !

The world may have told you differently or treated you differently but I know you are surely capable of..

This belief makes the student think about himself differently. Life is all about making a leap of faith.

Mr Anil Sachdev a visionary, a leader , a teacher is one such person I came across today.

His session on self Leadership opened my mind gates and I began to explore deep within my subconscious to discover a true inspiring leader in me.

He asked "If you have to lead your own self better what needs to be done?

I thought for few minutes,put my thinking cap on and came up with few pointers

1)Identify My Strengths

2)What makes me happy as happiness leads to high performance

3)How open am I towards Criticism and change?

During further interaction the bigger question chased me that who am I and what is my purpose in life?

Anil Sir's reply to it that when you begun to inspire for higher purpose strange things happens which creates impact.

I realized that doing right things at right time at right place brings in desired results.

We were introduced to 6 layers model of self awareness.It struck cord with 5 pillars of SOIL 

Diversity,Compassion,Ethics,Sustainability & Mindfulness.

It implied that I (Soul) am the subject & Instincts,mind,relationships,intellect,ego are all objects.They all are interlinked and when they align themselves along with life giving force a true leader is born.

I felt deeply connected to my soul and to people around me.

Certain Learning that I had from the session were:

1. There is thin line between ego and alter ego. Alter ego implies the content in a structured manner what ego portrays
2. We all are blessed with certain powers:

• Observing power through power of eyes
• Listening power through ear and then mind
• Communication with touch

Together when these are aligned with direct inspiration a true leader is born.

By the time session ended room was filled with abundance of positive energy.

I could visualize and hope to actualize a leader within me some day.I started listening to my friends more humbly and carefully and started to understand their view points better.

I feel really great and motivated and truly believe that a man who thinks is the man who wins..........Anonymous
