Self Leadership
The day started by a class with Anil Sir, it truly was an amazing interaction. We were all so engrossed in the session. I could never feel such sense of curious to know what comes next. We were all so amazed the way he carried us to a new world and made us experience it.
He said "The more we are willing to make mistakes, more we learn.".
Leaders are people who take responsibility of not just leading, but also takes responsibility of any mistakes. I also learnt that, We should not react, instead respond. Before we trust our instincts we should not react.
The more you know, the more you realise the less you know.
I also liked the example Sir quoted:
If we want to be happy for 1 hour, What would you do?
Sleep
If we want to be happy for 1 day, What would you do?
Follow your hobby
If we want to be happy for 1 month, What would you do?
Get Married
If we want to be happy for 1 year, What would you do?
Inherit a fortune
If we want to be happy for 1 life, What would you do?
Make others HAPPY :)
As a last thought I would like to add..
All that matters is
"PURITY OF THOUGHTS"
Practise it...
