Happiness is the feeling you're feeling when you want to keep feeling it.  ~Author Unknown
Happiness has different meanings to different people but for me, happiness refers to a term which covers a range of positive emotions. True happiness is an extremely rare commodity which whole of the world is seeking continuously & failing to find it. Human beings experience a wide array of moods, emotions, feelings including both “positive” as well as “negative” ones .This may include depression, frustration, anxiety etc and “positive” ones may include such as satisfaction, joy and happiness etc.
It's pretty hard to tell what does bring happiness.  Poverty and wealth have both failed.  ~Frank McKinney "Kin" Hubbard
In my opinion, one must surround oneself with happy people. It is easy to begin to think negatively when one is surrounded by people who think negatively. Finding humor in situations can also escort to happiness. Maintaining your health is also an important way to achieve happiness. We must make plan for attaining goals which we feel can make us happy. Our mood will very likely amplify as we will feel better about ourselves for going after something which we value.
Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is.  ~Maxim Gorky
