Another wonderful session
with Anil Sir today on Leadership of Senses. He wonderfully explained how Soul
doesn’t have boundaries and the ones having direct access to the soul can
direct through time and space. He explained how “I” means self and “i” means I
have a different identity that others. In the rat race of being successful all
of us want to be at the centre of the universe rather than enjoying the shear
pleasure of being a part of the universe. All of us have innovators within us
and once we learn to admire of being a part of the universe we will be able to
access our innovative side.
The activity which we
conducted made me feel that eyes are excellent tools of expressing feelings and
emotions. As successful managers we need to visualize and learn to read people through
eyes.
The second activity on
listening showed the power of an effective listener. Leaders are empowered by
their followers and their trust. I truly understand now, why people generally that
that those with larger ears are more intelligent.
And lastly the activity of
the Leadership of touch. How touch can be used to transfer positive energy and
helps in chronic healing.
