Our first class of Self Leadership made us to question the purpose of our existence.We realized we are born here for a bigger purpose of life than just getting on the top of corporate ladder.
Following are my learning :
I am very reactive to the
situations presented to me.But a good leader has to be responsive
, which means he must understand the different action steps which can
be taken for a particular situation. And accordingly decide the best
possible action.When we become reactive we become blind to other better choice of actions.
I have the habit of getting in the
comfortable environment and this may cause or show disinterest in
task, or towards group.So instead of searching for the comfortable
environment, i will try to make the environment comfortable for me
I always thought that being unethical
towards unethical people is right because i thought this is what they
deserve. But i realized that by doing so i am also being unethical.
So whatever the situtaion is, i will practise ethical behaviour.
