There are
so many things that you can learn and relate to in a single session of Anil Sir’s
class. A few insights that we got from today’s class are that the soul has no
boundaries and there is just one living system and we all our inter-connected
with it. We all try to be the centre of the universe instead of being one with
it.
Apart from
all this, today I realized that how powerful is non-verbal communication. Our eyes
can easily display the emotions of happiness, pain, anger, satisfaction and
many others. If we choose to look into someone’s eyes with concentration we can
actually elicit so much out of him/her without even listening to that person. Talking
through the eyes brings us so much closer to a person. We were also made to
experience the power of touch and the communication that can take place just by
a touch and it felt incredible to realize its importance.
It is
said that in life we are destined to do all the things we ever do and we are
destined to meet all the people we meet. I can’t stop thanking God for making
me meet Anil Sir and not only meet him but also make me attend his empowering
lectures. The aura he exuberates is immensely powerful and inspiring.
